Pat Morgan is the President of Miami-based Smooth Sailing Executive & Life Coaching, a company dedicated to helping busy professionals achieve excellence and maximize their potential in today’s fast-paced economic environment.

Through individual and group coaching programs, seminars and workshops Coach Morgan leads her clients to become more profitable and productive by capitalizing on their strengths, simplifying the busy-ness of their lives, and taking focused action to create powerful change.

Morgan was named the recipient of the Thelma Gibson Award of Excellence by the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Miami-Dade in recognition of her contributions to promoting leadership, business development, and excellence among professional and corporate women.  Her company, Smooth Sailing, was named a “Top 100 Minority Owned Business in South Florida” by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce for the past two years.

Coach Morgan is actively involved in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce.  She served on the Board of Governors of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce for 3 years.

Morgan is an author recently published Heart of a Woman in Business.  She has been featured in South Florida Business Journal, the Miami Herald, VIVE, Community Newspapers, Own Your Own Power and Coach TV in New York City.

She has over 20,000 hours experience working with clients to take their life and business to the next level. She is a graduate of the Coach U Certified Coach Training Program and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
